The Opportunity
We are looking for a new Senior Project Manager to join our IT Team based in Christchurch at our Roydvale Office. The permanent position will be 1.
0-0.8 FTE flexible hours within reason. The role involves working on a diverse and exciting range of Large Change Projects both internally for Fulton Hogan IT and for the wider Fulton Hogan Business.
Utilising your technical understanding of IT Systems and experience working in a large scale enterprise environment is ideal but Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement skills are key.
Your responsibilities will include :
Delivery of all aspects of the project lifecycle
Management of multiple priorities
Leading cross functional teams
Communications
Change Management
Stakeholder Engagement
Risk / Issue Management
Financial Management
Vendor Management
Input into the overall success of the Fulton Hogan PMO
What we need from you?
8+ years in the industry
Experience delivering technical and non-technical IT projects at a senior level
Proven experience delivering large IT projects within scope, schedule and budget
Interpersonal skills to connect with stakeholders, team members & vendors to ensure expectations are met
Experience in working in both Waterfall and Agile projects
Experience delivering change projects in a large enterprise environment
Qualification in Project Management (ideal but not a deal breaker)
