Our cadet program, Launch,’ offers an inclusive, relationship-oriented environment where you’ll be exposed to our broker network and specialities divisions.
Given of the diversity of our teams, we look for a wide range of skills, interests and backgrounds. Show us your strengths, and we’ll work with our teams to select three business rotations unique to you.
During your 12 month Launch experience, you’ll have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a buddy who’ll share experiences with you and as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor.

This program is ideally suited to recent school leavers, looking for a career pathway within a global company. Upon successful completion of our program, there may be an opportunity for you to move in to a permanent role within our organisation.

To qualify for Launch, you must have completed either high school qualifications within the past 12 months and have either Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or permanent residency and be currently residing in New Zealand.
Extracurricular or work experiences are also encouraged. We know you work hard. We want to hear about it!
