As a Senior analyst, you will play a key role in assisting in the maintenance and support of the client’s applications.

What you’ll bring

This role would suit people who can take individual responsibility for providing effective and efficient client services, can follow documented processes and procedures for application management and can handle or refer complaints courteously, helpfully and assertively.

All of our people need to be positive, self-starters, with the ability to work effectively in a complex, fast paced, high change environment.

What we are looking for :

  • Sound understanding of the technical aspects of the support analyst role, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Manage application incident and problem analysis and resolution, configuration and upgrades, in conjunction with the users and external application or service suppliers where necessary, sticking on the ITIL process.
  • To focus on Continuous Improvements for application functionality, performance and providing suggestions for system and business improvements.
  • Good exposure supporting Java based applications and working with SQL Databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing to a style of language that is appropriate for the audience or client.
  • Participate on the on-call roster on a rotational basis as requested.
  • It will be an advantage if you have experience with :

  • Service Improvements, Optimisations and Automations such as CI / CD pipelines.
  • Working on UNIX platforms, APIs and microservices / containerisation.
  • Infrastructure integration points.
