As a member of the senior sales and operations team you will contribute to the company sales and profit strategy and initiatives and will be responsible for ensuring these are delivered within your area.
You will be supported by the wider senior sales and operations team and will be tasked with providing effective leadership and support to Hub and Branch Managers to deliver operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Competencies :
High levels of team coaching, leadership, and influencing skills will be required. You will also possess strong commercial, analytical and customer relationship skills.
Demonstrated experience at effectively building and leveraging internal and external relationships to achieve results and deliver on business objectives (profit margin, revenue and market share) is a must.
