  • We are a small business based in Silverdale and are seeking someone for a very varied role. We have recently moved from MYOB to XERO & Unleashed inventory management, so knowledge of Unleashed would be an advantage.

    We have a small but very busy office and need a quick learner who's keen to learn some new skills, who understands importing Excel CSV files and has experience in Xero including reporting, statements, emailing invoices etc.

  • Duties include but are not limited to;
  • General office duties including answering the phone
  • Order entry & invoicing in Unleashed
  • Purchases & Inventory entry in Unleashed
  • Processing credits in Unleashed
  • XERO reporting - must have knowledge on how to run reports & process daily bank statements
  • Creating new accounts
  • Ordering office & warehouse supplies
  • Monitoring generic business email inboxes
  • Essential Requirements for the position are :

  • Accurate Data Entry & attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of XERO Accounting Software
  • Knowledge of Excel, CSV files in particular
  • Excellent Phone Manner
  • Quick thinker & decision maker
  • Driver's licence
  • Good time keeping, reliable & honest
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Being prepared to get stuck in where needed
  • Hours - Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm
