Hauora Tairawhiti Clinical Specialist with Community Mental Health and Addiction services 1.0 FTEWe are looking for an experienced, registered Health Professional to join our team where a strong cultural emphasis underpins all that we do.

This position exists to provide evidenced based interventions and ongoing assessments, treatment to enable recovery for whanau of the Mental Health and Addiction Service.

The Health Professional will be expected to work closely with consumers, whanau / family, Te Ara Maioha and community groups enabling seamless service delivery across the continuum of care.

The main focus of this role will be to offer whanau a holistic approach to care in the home, in the community and to work closely alongside Aged Care facilities.
