In this new role as Global Marketing Coordinator, you will be successfully supporting the development and production of global brand and marketing concepts to deliver to regional and cross functional teams, with the goal of supporting the achievement of profit targets and driving brand awareness and engagement, in alignment with the brand demand creation strategy.
This role collaborates with the Global Brand and Marketing Team and Global Creative Team, to drive icebreaker brand equity, value for our customers and ultimately our end-consumers to enhance consumer desire.
It is based in our Global office in Ponsonby, Auckland, NZ. It is one busy role but don’t worry we have a great coffee machine to keep you going.
You will be kept busy by doing :
Receipting in sample ranges - unboxing, recording, steaming.
Meta-data and Licensing on brand imagery.
Supporting production bookings (i.e. flights, rentals, accommodation)
Sourcing support as needed (i.e. props, retail store styling)
Education and Shared Resources
The Station maintain the upload of imagery and assets, folder structure and general upkeep of the icebreaker asset management system.
Ensure all metadata, licensing and copyright information is displayed and up to date, including archiving out-of-date assets.
Provide approvals and correct access to internal and external stakeholders and be the key contact for all enquiries.
Red Seed collate all relevant brand and seasonal assets and information to upload and maintain the Red Seed internal training programme.
Brand Live collate all relevant brand and seasonal assets and information to upload into the Brand Live platform to support the GTM process.
Claims Bank maintain the global claims bank with all legally approved claims made throughout icebreaker communications and marketing copy.
Product Descriptions brief seasonal and capsule product descriptions to copywriter for omni-channel use.
Who you are :
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications or related field
Up to 2 years’ marketing / brand experience in a product-based business and company with retail, wholesale and e-com channels
A keen interest in digital and new technologies and how this could impact and shape future for the brand
You understand retail business and possibly worked in an apparel retail store in a past life!
Experience working with social media platforms : Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
Strong computer skills : proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Knowledge of Mac, Microsoft Office and Google software applications and systems
