We are looking for a highly organised, experienced individual to join a fun and vibrant team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

There is never a dull day in the office with this dynamic and varied role. As a PA / EA, you will be providing support to the Country Manager.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to :

  • diary and travel management
  • arranging and booking of meeting rooms
  • purchase orders and paying invoices
  • organising events
  • facilities coordination
  • ordering stationery
  • organising office events
  • setting up of rooms for events
  • assisting with deliveries along with any other service providers and vendors
  • Skills and experince required :

  • you have been in a similar role with at least 4 years of experience
  • G-Suite proficiency
  • previous experience working with Oracle or SAP
  • high level of attention to detail
  • great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are you someone that is able to :

  • quickly learn new systems
  • identify and solve problems timeously
  • work independently but be friendly with a positive attitude
