ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be facilitating the successful completion of the build, testing and deployment of software products by acting as a vital link between the business and the Information Technology team.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, dedicated team and with the latest tools and technology.
Assist with the design, documentation and maintenance of system processes
Define configuration specifications
Analyse systems requirements on a detailed level
Work closely with Product Designers to ensure that final products developed adhere to the predetermined scope and design
Communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure goals are clear and aligned to the business vision
Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing the organisations software, hardware and IT processes
Follow data driven approaches to validate assumptions and identify opportunities based on patterns in the data on how software products will be used by the customers clients
Ensure the backlog of work is kept up to date based on client priorities and ensure the development team has an understanding of these priorities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience in Business / Systems Analysis
Strong stakeholder management skills
Exception communication skills
Experience working in fast paced, Agile environments
