  • AS AN ASSET RISK ANALYST YOU WILL

    Play a key role in ensuring SG Fleet’s Asset Risk Program, including Residual Value (RV), Repair, Maintenance and Tyres (RM&T) risk positions are statistically assessed, reported and proactively monitored in line with SG Fleet’s Risk Policies and Standards.

    The role is also responsible for providing ongoing support to the wider Risk team in relation to the Mid Lease Change (MLC) process, profitability reporting and operational risk & control reviews.

    YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE

  • Utilising statistical modelling techniques to forecast SG Fleet’s RV, RM&T expenses for Passengers, SUVs, and Light Commercial Vehicle using statistical software such as SAS / R / Python
  • Create data driven reporting and communication using BI tools such as Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
  • Assist with periodic Risk Committee reports and quarterly RV reviews, provide written summary and change records
  • Responsible for ongoing management and reporting of quarterly Fleet Risk Assessment (FRA) as per SG Fleet Group’s requirements
  • A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualification in quantitative discipline such as Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Statistics / Analytics or similar
  • Experience in negotiating with internal / external customers
  • Previous experience with SAS / Excel and visualization tools highly regarded (i.e. Tableau)
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
  • Critically analyses information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability
