COVID-19 is the most significant public health issue of our time, and affects all aspects of our health services. As a Management Assistant - ECC at Southern District Health Board, you’ll support the efficient day-to-day functions of our Emergency Coordination Centre.
About the Team
You’ll be working to support our Emergency Coordination Centre (ECC) providing administrative support to our leaders as we navigate the COVID-19 response.
Reporting to the ECC Controller, you will be working in a diverse team of clinicians and management to support our health system response
About the Role
As a Management Assistant - ECC, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Emergency Coordination Centre.
The position is 40 hours a week Monday-Friday between the hours of 08 : 00-17 : 00. However, due to the constant evolution of the situation, you may be asked to work evenings and weekends in the future.
Part time applications will also be considered.
