An assistant or intermediate level project manager is required to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for contract administration during the construction phase for major projects, design management and contractor procurement.
You will be reporting directly to a senior project manager. You will be responsible for the efficient and timely running of major projects, and be prepared to take sole responsibility for specific pieces of work in addition to being an important support person to your Senior Project Manager.
This role would suit a client centric project manager with a passion for proactive hands on project management . You will have excellent communication skills and you will impress clients with the way you conduct business.
The projects you will be part of are often high end and in the public eye and so you will coordinate with the best consultants and contractors in the construction sector.
Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Building science, engineering, architecture or quantity surveying.
You will work well in a team and have ambition to further develop your career. You will have a desire to be a part of amazing projects!
