    As the Improvement Manager, you will turn your talents to continuous improvement to lift the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations teams delivering conservation initiatives across the Southern South Island Region.

    The role calls for an innovative, creative, and solutions-focussed operator who can effectively influence and drive best practice business improvement within our unique operating

    This role has a strong internal focus on us, on people development. As part of this role, you will facilitate and host Regional Induction Huis, training programme development and facilitation, design and maintenance of regional systems, as well as some discrete project

    You will bring to this role strong leadership and people engagement skills that will enable you to work with a range of teams and support the Director, Operations in identifying opportunities to improve the delivery of conservation outcomes across the districts.

    To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrable experience and expertise in managing best practice business improvement, innovation, and quality assurance processes.

    Strong people engagement, facilitation, consulting, and coaching skills are essential. We need someone who is positive and proactive by nature with the ability to ask the right questions and liaise with the right people to deliver

    You will have highly developed critical thinking skills with the ability to drive systems and data analysis, identify critical risks and issues, and develop fit-for-purpose solutions and recommendations that enable both strategic and tactical business improvement.
