    TheRecruitment team is part of Equity, Recruitment and People Partnering, which falls within People andCapability department.

    As the leader of the team, you will have an overview of arecruitment programme with a focus on sourcing and attracting talent incritical and hard to fill markets.

    This will include leading externalengagement and activities to help our community connect, collaborating withinternal stakeholders to tell Canterbury & West Coast DHB s story andinfluencing and supporting hiring managers to lead an excellent recruitmentprocess.

  • You will beresponsible for;
  • Leading and managing the Recruitment team, you willcoach, mentor, develop and ensure high performance of our team
  • Building and maintaining professional andcollaborative relationships with key organisational stakeholders to meet theirtalent resourcing needs
  • Developing and implementing an end-to-endrecruitment strategy to meet organisational objectives
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions tostrengthen employer branding, attract, source, and hire qualified talent allwhile providing best in class candidate experience
  • Establishing key performance indicators, trackingresults data, and providing meaningful insights to remain competitive in anevolving talent market

    We are looking for someone who has a passionfor the manaaki hauora (Health Industry) and wants to contribute in a meaningful way.

  • To besuccessful in this role you will have;
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, managinga team whilst delivering end to end recruitment in a busy, fast-pacedenvironment
  • Strong experience building and managingrelationships with key stakeholders with the ability to communicate andinfluence across all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment reporting,interpreting data and analytics
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitmentpractices and methodologies.
