Are you looking for a temporary Admin role based in South Auckland?

I am looking for someone with a positive attitude and great attention to detail.

You must be / have :

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite - Word & Excel.
  • Be able to work individually
  • Strong word processing skills and high accuracy
  • Exceptional time management and organizing skills.
  • Tremendous attention to detail.
  • You will be providing top quality service and support. Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Data entry and processing
  • Printing and scanning
  • Email management - credit notes and invoices
  • Providing support ad hoc
  • checking pricing information on credit notes and invoices.
