Are you an IT Service Support Specialist with change, release, process, project, or business experience? Can you provide an outstanding customer experience around the delivery of Change and Release Management services?

We are looking for a Change & Release Administrator who will be responsible for the logging, tracking and completion of change and release process requirements related to a single Auckland CBD client, at whose premises you will be required to work most of the week.

Role responsibilities will include assisting with the recording, updating and closing changes and releases within the appropriate Service Management tool, creating and proactively managing a Continuous Service Improvement Process to address any and all customer issues, developing and producing reports as needed by the account team and the customer, and appropriately and proactively escalating issues and following them through to resolution.

The vision or overall outcome of the role is providing a great customer experience in the area of managing business and IT change in their organization.

Core Skills

To thrive in this role, we would envisage you having :

  • Exceptional customer focus and a service / results orientated approach in dealing with your client, in conjunction with an analytical bent and a talent for problem solving
  • Proven experience in the use of an ITSM tool
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft Windows Desktop, Server Operating Systems and Networking.
  • Advanced Excel skills to support your information and financial reporting responsibilities
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification
