Auckland City, 1010Leading the café team while on shift.Treat all guests as VIPsDaily ordering of stock as required, inline with budget.

Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following Hotel procedure and that correct charges are postedHandle any guest feedback / complaints.

Lead and develop the Café team, including on the job training, coaching and performance management.Ensure compliance with Food Safety Plan and Occupational Health & Safety within the Food and Beverage department.

Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests are met.Liaise with customers and Chef to ensure service times are adhered to.
