A role has arisen in our busy Resource Use team based in our Hamilton office and we are looking for someone with proven top notch customer service and admin experience!
The Resource Use team play a key role in helping Waikato Regional Council achieve our goals of a healthy environment, strong economy and vibrant communities by providing consents to use natural resources in the Waikato region, compliance with consents, responding to incidents, navigational / maritime safety and education.
The primary focus of this role is to provide customer support for the resource use freephone. You would be providing information and advice to internal and external customers as well as providing administration support to the resource use team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in customer service. It is expected you will be able to multitask and deliver on time.
An understanding of the Resource Management Act 1991 will be advantageous. If you are looking to join a supportive administrative team in a large organisation doing meaningful work, it would be great to hear from you.
