North Beach currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join us in the Sylvia Park Galleria.

The successful applicant will have exceptional communication, strong leadership skills and proven experience in retail management, particularly with large teams.

You’ll need to be mature, confident, results driven and dynamic; ready to get stuck in whilst providing day to day support for the Store Manager.

What you’ll be doing :

Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results

Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance

Building relationships with our "local" customers

To succeed in the role, you’ll need :

2+ years Retail Management experience

Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff

A mature approach to work and performance

Forward thinking, dynamic attitude able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results

Friendly, approachable personality

This is a fast paced, busy role working Sunday to Thursday approximately 42-45 hours per week, including Thursday late night.
