Our client is in search of a superstar dedicated to maintaining a high level of service and accuracy in decision making regarding customer credit worthiness within the Credit Assessment Officer role they have available.
Our client is striving to become the preferred multi-channel retail brand in the country which
provides the convenience of home shopping with affordable repayment solutions to middle and lower
income communities in New Zealand.
Hours for the role are Monday - Friday rostered shifts between 9am - 8pm (40hrs per week) and occasional Saturday's (every 3rd or 4th Saturday which is 5.5 over time)
credit scoring systems, internal policies and external regulations
provided, and that this is correctly stored for future reference.
Ensure credit lending rules are applied consistently
To be successful in this role :
This position exists to determine the credit worthiness of customers and provide the HDL Retail Team
with appropriate and clear credit decisions for potential new customer sign ups and all other credit
related assessment duties relating to the HDL customer database. Highly effective communication
with customers, the retail team and credit teams is crucial as is the adherence to all internal policies
and external regulation related to lending and associated documentation.
All applicants must undergo a Ministry of Justice check and also pass a Credit check.
