  • About The Role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Analyst to join ANZ’s Omni Channels Assisted team specifically the teams implementing Salesforce into ANZ.

    You will work in an agile, customer centric and collaborative team, with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for our customers.

    As Test Analyst within Omni Channels, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Develop test cases and execute testing for various projects, initiatives, and BAU tasks.
  • Ensure that high quality and effective test planning and execution are conducted in accordance with ANZ standards.
  • Contribute to the Automation testing framework of the unit.
  • Collaborate with developers and other colleagues to improve the quality of our products throughout the whole feature delivery cycle.
  • Identify testing bottlenecks and make improvements to accelerate delivery with high confidence.
  • Conduct both manual and automated tests, analyse bugs found during tests and document test results for feature delivery.

    You will join a newly formed team implementing a Salesforce platform. Your experience as a Test Analyst to date will complement the team with your forward thinking, testing skills as well as being able to rapidly learn new technologies.

    You will be a natural people person and a skilled communicator comfortable taking to both technologists and users alike.

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

  • A functional knowledge of Salesforce components.
  • Will be an advantage of having experience in automating Salesforce applications and knowledge on SFDX.
  • Solid programming experience with JavaScript / Java
  • Experience in automation using Selenium / Webdriver.
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues in a UNIX environment
  • Knowledge in pipeline configurations, Jenkins and managing Docker images
  • Experience in managing release pipeline and supporting weekly releases.
  • Experience of testing micro services and APIs.
  • Git expertise
  • Ability to communicate in a timely fashion, matching the content to the intended audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-vendor environment, including proactive partnering to resolve road blocks
  • Scrum / Agile experience preferred but not essential
