The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) plays a critical role in regulating capital markets and financial services in New Zealand and providing better outcomes for investors, consumers, professionals, businesses, and for the New Zealand economy.

FMA is currently undergoing a digital transformation which means increasing "going paperless", shifting our datacentre to the cloud, equipping our people with digital tools to collaborate, work together and share information from anywhere.

We are offering more online services to market participants and integrating better with our partners in Government and the private sector.

We are currently looking for an outstanding and experienced Project Manager to join the team to ensure our Digital Transformation programme achieves its goals as efficiently and effectively as possible, through the most appropriate implementation of available technology and improved business processes.

This position will see you manage the full life cycle of projects with multiple work streams while adhering to the FMA project management methodology and contributing to a continuous improvement culture.

You will provide direction and guide teams to reaching the projects and FMA's overall objectives.Key to your success in this role will be your proven experience as a Project Manager (3-5 years) combined with your exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills allowing you to effectively engage with the wider business.
