Job Description

We are building a customer service team that is going to be the face of our organisation, interacting with the wider New Zealand public and our strategic brand partners. You will own the customer service lifecycle from beginning to end performing such activities as:

  • Chasing outstanding orders
  • MarketPoint Management
  • 3rd Party order Management
  • Investigating delays with orders
  • Other tasks
  • Email based role - Liaising between merchants (domestic and international) and Customer Service Team
  • Monitoring listings - reporting any errors etc

We are after people who have a customer first attitude and go out of their way to create an experience that leaves people wanting to come back for more. We are passionate about what we do and are looking for CS advisors that can translate that across to our customers and merchants.


  • 4+ years experience in a CS role

  • Prior experience in a strongly email support focused role

  • Experience in a back office order management/supplier management role would be an highly advantageous

  • Ability to work quickly and multi task
