We're looking for a candidate for this position in an exciting company.

  • Program manage and lead the go-to-market for cross-team and marketing initiatives
  • Represent Ecosystem Marketing in key Xero programs of work, collaborating with project leads and influencing senior stakeholders to identify dependencies and ensure developers', app partners' and ecosystem requirements are understood and managed in delivery plans.
  • Establish and govern processes to improve efficiencies, promote cohesion within the team and increase collaboration with global and regional marketing, product marketing, customer, the hub and other internal teams.
  • Take the lead on operational initiatives, including ensuring a fit-for-purpose tech stack and marketing automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and data teams to define, monitor and report on key metrics to measure the efficacy of channels and program dollars, and overall campaign performance.
  • Interrogate our data to uncover insights and recommend changes based on trends.

  • Foster a culture of best practice sharing and learnings and mentor others in the team to deliver successfully on their programs of work
  • 7+ years in an operations, program management or a strategic marketing role is essential
  • Demonstrable experience in an influential leadership role (directly or indirectly) managing a diverse range of senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes at all levels including senior leadership.
  • Experience building, launching and scaling products, across geographies to exceed commercial outcomes and customer expectations.
  • Track record of delivering results and thriving in a fast-paced highly ambiguous work environment, switching rapidly between strategy and execution and pivoting as priorities shift.
  • A pragmatic and structured thinker with the personal confidence and presence to be able to engage effectively with executive-level management and get buy-in to make sure projects stay on track.
  • Understanding and experience of marketing automation, CRM and business software
  • Experience working cross functionally in teams spanning departments or geographies.
