Technical Customer Service Advisor
We run a contact centre on behalf of one of the world’s leading technology companies , helping their clients across New Zealand, Australia and beyond.
We are adding more full-time inbound Technical Customer Service Advisors to our telephone-based team.
At Concentrix, we choose to promote from within, with 95% of our leadership team starting their career as a Technical Customer Service Advisor.
When you start as a Customer Service Advisor with us, you join our class of other new starters where you will be provided with 4 weeks of extensive fully paid training.
After you complete your training you will enter an 8 week nesting period where you will be closely supported and mentored by an experienced team member while you begin taking inbound calls from our client’s customers and resolving technical issues over the phone.
Every call is a different customer with a different need, so you will get to spend the best part of the day interacting with real people and being their hero.

You will also be equipped with the necessary tools & devices to complete your role from home.
