Work with a giant of technology :

This is an opportunity for an IT Support Technician who enjoys getting out and about. In this role you will provide phone and on-site support to a range of clients and branches of corporate customers in the Auckland area.

This will involve regular scheduled site visits to provide on-site services. In addition to scheduled visits, you will also accept and respond to cases logged via a Fujitsu Service Desk, while being aware of and meeting Service Level requirements, and updating cases in real time where practical.

Some after hours or on-call work will be required from time to time.

Building your own path to success :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • A clear and confident communication style with the ability to build good working relationships with your customers
  • Previous experience supporting a Windows end-user environments
  • Technical skills which include various Windows Operating Systems, TCP / IP, Active Directory, MS Office and / or experience with PC products (, HP, Dell)
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous use of an Incident Management tool
  • A relevant IT qualification
  • A full clean Driver’s License
