Te tuku ratonga a-tangata kia ahei atu ai te katoa ki te ture. As part the Ministry's National Service Delivery Group, the Operations Support team supports a range of national justice services including collections, legal aid, judicial libraries, centralised services and transcription services.
We're looking for a Knowledge and Information Administrator to join our growing operations team. This dynamic role will help develop and maintain a knowledge base of reference materials and information to ensure that National Service Delivery delivers quality and consistent services to customers.
In this role you will undertake the following : Develop and maintain an adaptive and interactive knowledge base of information across a variety of topics, which supports internal and external customers.
Access, interpret and maintain knowledge of legislation, policy and business processes applicable to the role and be responsive to changes in these areas as required.
Promote continuous improvement to systems, technology, processes and procedures to improve service delivery. What you need to be successful : Previous experience in website design or knowledge base administration and information architecture an advantage.
Proficiency in a Windows based environment; well-developed keyboard and word-processing skills. Proven experience of learning new systems, software and procedures quickly.
