Are you ready to make your mark on a growing city? We’re looking for an Activity & Investigations Team Leader to support a more strategic and integrated approach to programme development and activity management.
You’ll be providing strategic direction and leadership to a team of professional and technical staff, responsible for programme development, activity and operations management as well as policy development in the three waters and transport areas of Council activity.
You will support the team in collaborating with the Assets and Planning Division on developing robust activity strategies to inform development of both renewal and capital new programmes of work and with the Project Management Office on delivering the programmes of work.
You will represent the team in key cross-unit and organisation initiatives, to ensure the activity outcomes and services are achieved.
We’re looking for someone to coach the team and develop potential, so naturally you’ll be interested in developing your own professional and industry knowledge, which we’re very supportive of.
Your solid experience will be put to good use as you provide technical support, prepare reports, and work with the team to schedule and prioritise work to facilitate the timely delivery of Capital Works projects and programmes, as well as manage activities within operational budgets.
