  • 12 month Fixed-Term Full time - 80hrs per fortnight.
  • Based in the Tauranga Office.
  • We are seeking a friendly and skilled administration superstar to join our small and collaborative team as a Property Administrator.

    You will provide administration support to the Asset Team with property management (such as logging of maintenance issues, Sale and Purchase process administration etc), invoice processing for the branch, and be part of a customer focussed support team.

    You will have a can-do attitude, the ability to think on your feet, and be confident to work independently.

    You will bring :

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build good professional rapport quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to be proactive, show initiative and have a good attention to detail.
  • Time management and prioritising skills with the capability to manage multiple duties and meet deadlines.
  • Financial reporting experience, or have an interest in.
  • Previous experience within an administration or reception role, with a high level of competence in MS Office Suite. GreenTree experience would be highly regarded.
