The successful applicant will be employed as a part-time contractor in a year-round role. This will typically be two days per week.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Payroll and PAYE returns.Maintain accurate financial records and Xero reconciliations.
Follow the Club’s policy to process payments and keep financial statements.Preparation of annual budget.Prepare monthly financial statements.
Prepare annual financials and assist auditors.Prepare GST returns.Banking of cash receipts.Stocktakes of bar and clothing inventory.
Trust Funding audits.Prepare sales invoices.Minimum qualifications and experience : Experience with Xero.Previously performed full accounts function.
Prefer applicants who meet the following : Experience working with Smart Payroll.Previous work experience in a non-profit organisation.
Confident working independently.Ideally, the successful applicant will be available to start in the first week of April.Job Type : Part-time
