These newly created roles are responsible for creating a positive workplace experience by ensuring all communal areas are kept tidy, well maintained, and have the appropriate signage installed.
You’ll take ownership of all aspects of the shared meeting rooms, including checking that technology is operational and that housekeeping is done.
These roles will share responsibility for ensuring our shared spaced meet Council’s Health & Safety policies and guidelines, such as maintaining the sick bay and having the necessary first aid available on each floor.
While being based within our main offices in the central, north / west and south, it’s expected that the Workplace Services Coordinators will regularly visit other smaller sites in their area to check that there are no issues within those workspaces.
preferably within a large and complex organisation. You will need the physical capability to rearrange acceptable volumes of meeting furniture and equipment.
You have a high level of knowledge of audio-visual equipment and the use of presentation and broadcast software with a willingness to learn as technology evolves.
As you’ll be working with internal and external customers, you’ll need to be customer service oriented and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and can-do attitude.
