The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily management of security guards and patrols, including rosters and operational requirements, and will have the ability to find solutions to challenges quickly and accurately.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the guard & patrol component of the business is functioning efficiently and professionally at all times
Ensure contractual requirements are met and that every customer experience is of the highest possible standard
Coordinate the provision of training and inductions for new staff
Manage security staff qualifications and site requirements
Daily management of guard and patrol personnel
Rosters, time-sheets & management reporting
Develop strong customer relationships, analyse customer needs and prepare appropriate quotes / proposals
Actively seek new business opportunities
Account manage a portfolio of clients and have the drive and tenacity to source new business, both from existing customers and from new customers;
Proven Business Development experience and ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients;
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A background in security / guards and patrols sales is strongly preferred
You will need to work autonomously and as part of a team, be honest, ethical and highly organised to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
