About usEducation Infrastructure Service (EIS), a part of the Ministry of Education, manages the Crown's second largest property portfolio of around 2,100 schools with a book value of $18.

About the roleReporting to the Infrastructure Manager - Asset Planning, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and assessing delivery of school projects, property asset management data and other educational trends and changes impacting on the provision of property at all levels of the education network.

Your key accountabilities will include to : Proactively identify property data and information analysis needsDevelop and implement data collection utilising centrally organised frameworks and strategies where availableUndertake collection, collation and analysis of data.

Please note there is further information available in the attached Job Description.About youYou will have a relevant professional property qualification such as Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning, Property or Project Management and / or experience in the asset management, property management or construction industry.

  • You will also offer : Strategic Analysis; ability to build a good understanding of the regional school property environment and identify potential opportunities, risks and issuesExperience in short, medium and long term asset management planningProblem solving and analytical skills;
  • proven ability to undertake complex analysis utilising statistical and other techniquesRelationship building; proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.
