About the Role
The Reporting Analyst will be a key member of the Digital PMO, responsible for providing analysis, insights and recommendations to support oversight and decision-making regarding MPI's digital investment plan.
Through the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, the role provides high quality, accurate advice and reporting to inform funding, strategy, planning, and outcomes delivery.
This is a critical role in the planning and scheduling of all incoming work for the business unit. The key outputs will be an annual work delivery plan that shows how the various work items are scheduled for delivery and how the people resource pipeline is scheduled to support that work, outlining any gaps or dependencies.
The views will be continuously updated, monitored and tracked to ensure effective deployment of people resources to the successful delivery of work.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring we have enough people with the right skillsets at the right time to assign to work including projects and programmes, including all phases from forecasting to recruiting to skills development.
You will also be responsible for identifying and providing guidance to managers regarding issues and gaps in resourcing, incorporating planning and resourcing activities for business as usual (BAU) and strategic initiatives and supporting continuous improvements, identifying and implementing efficiencies.

You will utilise your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
This will enable you to work with our different customers in various business units to ensure that reporting needs are met, and that the quality and accuracy of information is maintained.
