Responsibilities include :
Manage reservations & rooms, identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
Ensure personalised customer service excellence is led by example.
Support Front Office staff in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Provide team leadership, training and manage daily operations.
Effectively manage all group accounts from initial enquiry to bill settlement, including commission reconciliation.
Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Corporate with any health and safety regulations in the workplace and contribute to quarterly H&S meetings.
Support Hotel Manager with recruitment, operations and administration.
Maintain knowledge of the building bylaws and the Body Corporate members, and enforce them as necessary.
Effectively manage team roster to meet budgets.
Min 2 year experience in a strata titled property and dealings with Body Corporate.
Min 3 years team leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
