    About the position

    Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, you'll help bring T&G Global to life for our people, growers, customers, stakeholders and communities.

    You will support the planning, administration and delivery of the internal and external communications strategy, with a particular focus on :

  • Producing engaging and effective content, including written, video and digital
  • Taking a lead role in the ongoing evolution of our intranet, including generating and uploading content, driving engagement, site enhancements
  • Supporting the maintenance and ongoing development of our corporate website so it delivers a great experience
  • Helping manage our corporate social media channels, including postings, community management and analytics
  • Supporting our community engagement by helping deliver the Healthy Community pillar of our kaitiakitanga strategy
  • Monitoring the media and business landscape for opportunities, coverage and potential risks
  • About you

    To be successful in this role you'll have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have / be :

  • One to three years communications experience, either inhouse or agency
  • Passionate storyteller, experienced in digital content production i.e. filming and editing videos
  • Experience in internal and external communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Digitally savvy, with demonstrated social media skills
  • Willing to pitch in and contribute across different work areas
  • Dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic, with a lot of initiative and curiosity
  • Exceptional time management skills to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
