Do you need experience?
Yes, this is a key role so ideally it would be great if you have a Diploma in Hospitality and at least 1 year of management / supervisory experience in a 4+ star hotel.
A General Managers Certificate would be advantageous. Proven experience in functions and events will be an advantage. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and can demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
You are looking for a role where you can bring your creativity to work and inspire a team. A solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, revenue and cost control systems will set you in good stead, as will experience with stock management and rostering.
This Part Time role is for a minimum 20 hours per week and includes a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends.
