Clinical Nurse Educator Older Person’s Health and Rehabilitation

Permanent, 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Professional Development Team (PDU) - Older Person’s Health and Rehabilitation.

We welcome applicants with practice experience in older person’s health and a proven desire & passion to grow and develop nurses through education and coaching.

A post graduate nursing qualification is preferred or you can be working towards completing one.

The purpose of the role is to promote evidence based quality nursing practice through education and practice development of individual nurses and teams within the clinical setting.

The above will be achieved through close working of the Clinical Nurse Educator group and Associate Nurse Director within the Practice Development Unit (PDU).
