Our client has a predominantly Microsoft base, and we are therefore looking for someone with a background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications.

With a focus on first touch resolution you will be someone who really knows their stuff and can take end to end ownership of issue resolution.

This is a Senior role in a team of 11 Analysts supporting an account of approximately 6,000 users, and will see you assuming the role of technical lead and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

Core Skills

  • A clear and confident communication style with the ability to build and develop strong customer relationships
  • A background in supporting desktop, infrastructure and services across multiple technology streams including, Hardware, OS, Software, Networks, Server, Print etc.
  • Experience responding to and resolving incidents and Service Requests within agreed SLA’s.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 7 through 10, Microsoft Office and Antivirus software and systems
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and previous use of an Incident Management tool
  • A relevant IT qualification, Microsoft and other relevant certifications desirable
