Our client has a predominantly Microsoft base, and we are therefore looking for someone with a background supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications.
With a focus on first touch resolution you will be someone who really knows their stuff and can take end to end ownership of issue resolution.
This is a Senior role in a team of 11 Analysts supporting an account of approximately 6,000 users, and will see you assuming the role of technical lead and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
