Join a collaborative and innovative team looking to make an impact that matters to our people and community About the team and the role We are looking for an experienced Project, Programme and Portfolio (P3M) delivery specialist to add breadth and depth to our highly successful team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Deloitte teams on complex technology projects and programmes for our clients, and advising clients on programme management, structure and effectiveness.
Typical engagements include :
Supporting clients with initiation or strengthening of their Enterprise PMO function
Advising clients on frameworks and methods associated with Project and Portfolio Delivery and PMO’s, from Strategic Alignment and Prioritisation, through to Benefits Realisation and Lessons Learned
Programmatic Planning and Programme Forming, from initiative forming to road mapping and delivery planning
Provide pragmatic and actionable advise on how to set up Portfolio’s, Programmes and Projects for success
Independent Quality Assurance or Project Diagnostic and Recovery ServicesWe work for a diverse set of clients across multiple industries, implementing a wide range of solutions from bespoke to off the shelf.
You will draw from our fantastic experts within our local, regional and global teams to bring the best experience and expertise to our clients, including leveraging our deep alliances with technology vendors and specialist service providers.

Full responsibility at the engagement delivery level for personnel, finance, reporting, planning, contract management and project delivery
Full responsibility to maintain and continuously improve high quality service standards for internal and external clients
Contributing to the development and growth of a consulting practice
Operating to best practice standards and methods
Consistent compliance with internal quality management systems and quality assurance
Leading project tendering, briefings, negotiations and appointment of project consultants on behalf of Deloitte and our clients as required
Leading hybrid teams with client and sub-contractor personnel, including managing the relevant contractual and governance arrangements
Ability to manage more than one client engagement and contribute to parallel internal initiatives People
Being a leader who promotes a strong team culture and good communication
Encourage and foster diverse views and opinions for inclusion in all aspects of how the team delivers and works together
Ensuring all team members are fully effective in their roles and are engaged in ongoing development through training
Regular support with clear direction for team members, as well as frequent performance and personal development reviews

Working with leadership across the organisation to identify, tender for and secure new business Experience
10+ years technology project delivery experience
Proven ability to lead business development activities
Experience / Qualifications in relation to Traditional and Agile Delivery Methods
Experience across a variety of technology solution implementations, especially ERP, CRM, Digital Process / Workflow Automation, Integration, Data and Analytics and Web Next Steps Sound like the sort of role for you?
