We have an opportunity for an administration professional to join our team. It is an important role, delivering high quality, efficient and proactive administrative support to our team.
About the role
The role provides support to our offices across the region and is based in the Mount Maunganui Work and Income office.
In this busy and varied role, you are responsible for maintaining office and stationery supplies, maintaining registers, leave and attendance records, arranging for equipment servicing, building issues and other adhoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
You are also responsible for working with Security and Front of House staff to ensure that all Visitors and Contractors to the office are inducted correctly into the office, maintaining health and Safety standards is a big focus.
You are a team player who works well under pressure. A busy environment is where you thrive, and you pride yourself on delivering customer service.
