The role We’re seeking a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to join us at our Auckland Manufacturing plant in Penrose. The incumbent will :

  • Coordinate training activities and support our frontline leaders to deliver hands on training
  • Analyse training needs and contribute to the design of training solutions, in accordance with operational and HSE requirements
  • Collaborate with managers and frontline leaders to identify opportunities that will develop team members and support operational requirements
  • Liaise with key personnel to develop training plans and update SOP's
  • Oversee the competency and training database ensuring personnel records are kept up to date
  • Maintain training matrix and associated administrative duties
  • Organise internal training sessions and liaise with external providers when required
  • About you

  • Extensive experience in a similar role with an understanding of Adult Learning
  • Experience in a similar industry e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, construction
  • Experience in developing SOP's and other training materials
  • Ability to engage, influence and build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Systems and process driven with an analytical approach
