The role

This business is in the next stage of its growth journey and is looking for an experienced operations manager to come in and help build on the success they have already had.

Your understanding of food manufacturing performance will enable you to empower the team to focus on what excellent looks like and what needs to be done to achieve it.

Alongside this looking to improve its performance and ensure the highest food industry compliance requirements are maintained and delivered products in full and on time.

A focus on quality is essential as the manufacturing processes involved are technical and critical in delivering a finished product that meets required production volumes and customer expectations.

Some key responsibilities in the roles include :

Developing performance across safety, quality, manufacturing, Supply Chain and Projects

Providing daily hands-on Support and Coaching

Delivering critical projects for business success

Managing and Improving costing across the business

Strong communicator with a collaborative working style. You are a genuine team player and leader

Proven experience managing a diverse team
