Reports to Chief Executive Officer Key purpose Are you looking for an entry level role into the non profit sector Are you hungry to show your ability to be proactive in support and adding value to the busy office of the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ This role is responsible for providing support and administration to the CEO including managing the meetings minutes agendas and information for the Board of Trustees The role requires professionalism lots of initiative and a can do attitude Excellent writing and communication skills are a must In addition it is an opportunity to support activities in the run up to the Foundation s campaigns through administration support and liaising with corporate partners It requires lots of common sense a strong attention to detail and good personal relational skills This junior role is an excellent entry point for a rising star starting their career wanting to join a topranking charity and be part of a wonderful team committed to reducing deaths from breast cancer through innovation in research early detection treatment and support A professional manner accompanied with good organizational skills and strong attention to detail is essential The ability to maintain confidentiality and be flexible to undertake any task as required and juggle a multitude of tasks and make judgment calls on competing priorities Excellent writing and personal relationship skills are vital as is the ability to fit into a high performing and passionate team In all activities the office support coordinator will promote the vision mission and values of Breast Cancer Foundation NZ Key responsibilities and indicators of success Executive Assistant Assist and support the Chief Executive and general office administration Preparation and distribution of Board papers and Board communication Organisation of meetings including attending and minute taking handling confidential matters Admin coordination and liaison with partners and manage the lowlevel partnerships Putting effective and efficient systems and procedures into place Preparation editing and formatting of reports presentations and documentation Specific project work identified approved by the CEO The application deadline is Friday 14th February 2020 at 4pm Send your CV and cover letter to evangeliah nzbcf org nz
