Our Opportunity :

We have a great opportunity to join our team at the Kawerau Geothermal Power Station as a Production Team Leader and be part of a high-performance team environment.

The Production Team Leader is responsible for the production team that operates 24 / 7. The primary goal is the safe delivery of optimal plant electricity generation.

This is achieved through :

Supporting Health and Safety on site including process safety responsibilities.

Ensuring plant compliance to meet legislation, policies and standards requirements.

Optimising plant performance and responsible for operations during plant outages.

Responsibility for the production team.

We are looking for :

Minimum 5 years' experience with operational plant.

Shift Team leadership experience

An engineering, maintenance or operations background.

Process safety knowledge and experience preferable.

Geothermal experience preferred

Process optimisation experience
