Working within our Specialist Helpdesk environment, you will be part of a team that engages with a variety of customers and suppliers in order to establish requirements and deliver products and services centred on our customer needs.
Including focus on coordinating repairs and other services required, it is important you enjoy providing customers with an exceptional customer experience through regular updates and building relationships with our valued supplier network.
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail while maintaining a good sense of humour in our varied and fast paced environment.
You will engage with our customers directly however also work alongside many internal business contacts wherein a clear and professional phone manner and good written communication skills are essential.
