    Checkout Manager - Glen Innes Pak'nSave

    Glen Innes Pak’nSave is a large scale business that has a proven track record for promoting and developing our people to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

    ABOUT THE ROLE :

    You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations of the Department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.

    Effectively resolve all customer related inquiries and complaints and minimising the customer complaints received. You will be ensuring best practice’ levels of customer service are achieved to enhance the reputation of the business.

    You will be required to roster to ensure adequate staff levels at all times, keeping in line with wage percentage targets and monitoring leave.

    You will be responsible for performance management discussions with all checkout team members.

    Working days will be Sundays through to Thursdays.

    THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE :

  • A strong people focus; be able to lead and supervise, work well with others, and persuade and influence
  • A results focus; be able to plan and organise to be able to deliver results through others
  • A customer focus; be able to meet and exceed customer expectations; and
  • A co-operative spirit; be able to adhere to the store’s principles and values, and understand and utilise the advantage of being part of a co-operative.
  • Our chosen applicant will be physically fit and healthy, computer literate and have retail experience in a management role.
