VisionWest Home Healthcare are looking for a highly skilled Administration and Coordination Support person. This position requires someone with a specialised skillset who can work well under pressure and at the same time has the ability to multi-task well.
You will need to be able to prioritise workloads ensuring that deadlines are met. Maintaining enough flexibility to cope with the demands of a busy office is key to the role.
Duties of the role include but not limited to :
Providing efficient and effective placement services,
Matching client needs to Support Worker skills and ensuring data is entered quickly, accurately and in line with established procedures.
Entering referrals / Careplans
Booking Nurse Home Visits
Completing any other reasonable tasks required by your Manager
Other skills and attributes we are looking for are :
Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
Proficient in using office programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint
To be a great team player who enjoys supporting others in their work
