What you will do
Planview® is the NZ Defence Force enterprise-wide project, programme and portfolio management application. As the Portfolio Planview® Advisor you will collaborate with other Portfolio Specialists and Programme Analysts to ensure that all project, programme and portfolio planning information is stored, managed and reported from the Planview® application.
You will provide a fit for purpose Planview® functional construct that reflects the P3O structures of the Defence Estate portfolio of programmes and projects.
As Advisor, you will ensure that Planview® is the sole source of the truth for all Estate projects, programme and portfolio planning, management and reporting information.
What we need
We are looking for the ideal person to enhance our wider Estate Performance' team in the Portfolio Management Office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is looking at new ways to deliver on a large investment programme, working with industry partners.
We want a motivated and proactive person with strong expertise and proven specialist experience in project, programme and portfolio management systems.
You will be well versed in all technical aspects of developing, maintaining and implementing projects, programmes and portfolios in Planview®.
along with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. A minimum of 3 years experience is desirable as is experience working with large complex business change portfolios, programmes and projects, with a focus on managing the portfolio management application systems.
Ideally you will have a degree in Information Systems, Information Management or business. A qualification in project Management.
P30 Certification, PRINCE2 or MSP is essential.
