Although we have been in business for over 20 years its leadership team is fresh and dynamic. Our multifaceted company consists of a Sales division, Property Management division, Body Corporate division supported by multiple administrators and an effective Management.

3 As personal assistant to the director, your role is to assist him to keep on top of it all. Making sure he spends his energy in the right place and not getting distracted from his vision to run the best real estate agency in New Zealand.

There is going to be a large amount of variety to your work. You are going to need to be extremely organised, responsive and the worlds best listener and note taker.

Job tasks and responsibilities : The core tasks include : Organising appointments Gate keeper Very tech savvy Adaptable and a quick learner Exceptional at filing Very computer literate, excellent Word processing Collation of information Email management Event organisation Stakeholder communication on behalf of the Director.

Office organisation Graphic design and messaging Skills and experience Attitude is key! You will be a positive, upbeat person but knows but to say no and is not afraid to push back.

Ideally you will be keen to utilise technology and have the ability to learn how to use it- whether that is different types of CRM, G-Suite, Keynote, Evernote and the like.

It would be great if you had some graphic design talent- to assist him with drawing up messaging documents for our team.
